Place is great, location is excellent and the host is incredibly helpful.
The entire place has a sea view, includes a small private beach, the roof is great for a mountains, stars, sea view combo.

Amazing!
X Ta Sea Retreat House was amazing for us. Each room has a beautiful sea view and we just walked out the gate right onto the beach.
The rooms are super comfortable and spacious.
Honestly, this villa is way under priced…
