- very dirty, nobody cleans properly, common areas are even worse;
- the food is horrible (cold, not very fresh, not tasty, the choice is extremely poor);
- something always breaks there: toilet, light in…

The room was really nice a lovely size with a fantastic view unfortunately the cleaning staff let it down we were there for 10 nights and bedding and towels not changed they did very little,the food was very repetitive…

The staff led by the friendly Funda at reception and the manager of the restaurant were all very friendly and accommodating.
There was a variety of decent food served everyday.
