Die Lage war in einer ruhigen Sachgasse daher kein Verkehrsgeräusche trotzdem in der näheren Umgebung alles was man braucht, Lebensmittelgeschäft, Bäcker, Metzger und Restaurants. Zum Stand zu Fuß ca. 12 Min.
