No heat in the middle of winter
They didn't provide transportation to the train like the other hotel we stayed at. We tried to arrange a taxi on our own but the taxi didn't show up. We ended up walking to the train at 7am in 33 degree F…

Far from downtown. No pillow cases or sheets. No hot water. Towels were old with holes. Unacceptable.
