1. The booking process as well as the open and honest communication from/with owners was excellent.
2. While check in time was 4pm, it was no problem (when we asked) to arrive earlier. Entry process was so easy.

All the little thoughtful things that made our stay comfortable - the heater in the main bedroom, the toiletries, the champagne in the fridge (but we left it there because we don't drink champagne)... the breakfast items…
