We didn’t get to go to the Burlington it was cancelled last minute and we had to go to the wight which is located next door and apparently it was an upgrade which it clearly was not

Bathroom was awful you had to run hot tap in bathroom sink to get hot water in shower however this never worked

was good value for money (£113 for 3 nights) but had an achy back for a while, good for short stays
very clean and tidy
the squeaky bed :(( sos to be one of them customers but the bed kept waking me up whenever i’d roll and was also quite hard to lay on

If i knew that i was not going to be staying in the Hotel that i had booked, i would have cancelled

I received an email to inform me that due to the Burlington hotel not having enough guests, they shut the hotel. I was told that i had been upgraded to the Wight hotel instead.
