Steep driveway to bump my car at back, parking lot allocated is most hard ones in the whole complex.

Hot water system was not supporting our family usage.
An air-conditioning unit was installed on the back of the car space; my rear windscreen was crashed with the A/C bracket.

the location was great, good privacy
the price could have been slightly cheaper, the bathrooms could use a good renovation aswell.

Location was convenient enough to the main Jindabyne shops etc. While it's cold, you would still have to drive at night for dinner unless you want to walk far in that cold night temperature.
