Verified travelerBSA is BS!!!! Front door is off limit for guest use. Had to use back alley door. Misleading ad showing beautiful front entrance. Try to use and guards will STOP.you from using it. I want a refund.

Our stay is just ok overall. I commend the staff for they are extremely polite and helpful. The room is kind of outdated needs some upgrade. Security is great. The location is perfect.
