צימר יפה ומושקע יש לו ליקויים קטנים שבעלת הדירה צריכה לטפל בהם אך זה לא ממש מעיב על השהיה.
ישנו בקומה התחתונה ומעלינו כל פעם שהלכו שמענו וזה לא היה כל כך נעים.
