Comodo anche x chi non avessi l’auto. Muoversi a piedi nel centro di Pescara in pochi minuti.
Non mancava nulla in casa era come stare a casa propria !
Molto comodo il parcheggio nel palazzo e molto strategico anche x raggiungere il centro a piedi in pochi minuti.
