L'emplacement, la propreté et la qualité globale de l'appartement. La piscine est sympa et plage et port sont à distance raisonnable à pied.

le confort du logement, les 2 chambres, la cuisine très bien équipée, la proximité de la plage et du centre ville , la piscine et la place de stationnement même si elle est un peu étroite pour une grosse voiture.
