Koht oli rahulik ja hea asukohaga, parklas oli ruumi ka suure usa raua jaoks. Korter ei olnud väga päikese käes ja tänu sellele ka veidi jahe mis oli väga hea. Köögis oli kõik tarvilik olemas.

Meeldis hubasus, vaikus ja ruumikus. Lisaks, lihtsus majutuse protseduurides (võtmed, arveldamine jne).
III korrus (aga seda ju teadsin :)). Lihtsalt, kui oled oma kodinatega kohal, siis jõuab reaalsus ka kohale.
