BasNLHet huis bevindt zicht in een ruwe achterstands buurt. De entree was erg rommelig.
Interieur was netjes.
Dat het een slaapkamer in een huis is waar de eigenaar/bewoners wonen. Gedeelde badkamer (dit staat in de advertensie) met bewoners (dit niet).
Ik vond het een ongemakkelijk gevoel dat de bewoners…
