Online check-in requires a valid government-issued ID, a selfie with the ID, and a pre-authorized security deposit to be completed before check-in. The $300 CAD security deposit will be processed within 48 hours of your check-in and released 48 hours after departure date, subject to a damage inspection. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the full amount to appear on your statement. Please note our virtual front desk is available 7 days a week via text, email, and phone. We provide a contactless check-in experience using a unique access code for building and room entry via a smart lock. A maximum of Studio or One-Bedroom unit: 2 guests + 2 visitors until 23:00 and Two-Bedroom unit: 4 guests + 4 visitors until 11PM are allowed. Security cameras monitor common areas; non-compliance may lead to expulsion and loss of the security deposit.
