Please inform Bow Serviced Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Cancellation fees will become due if apartment booking is cancelled within 24 hours of due occupancy. If a booking has been made after check in times for same day arrival or a late arrival could you please contact the hotel and give a minimum of 20 minutes notice before your arrival. Check-in and key collection is carried out at the office next door to the property in the building with two white lions on the gate. Call or text prior to arrival for check in details
