This invoice must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date. * Cancelation policy: - Up to 60 days before arrival, up to 50% of the confirmed reservation can be canceled free of charge. - From 60 to 30 days before the event, up to 25% of the confirmed reservation can be canceled free of charge. - From 29 to 8 days before the event, 90% of the reservation value will be invoiced. * Other Meeting & Event Conditions: - Changes in numbers can be communicated up to 30 days before the start of the event, a deviation of up to 20% will be accepted. - From 29 days before the start, in case of a change in numbers, the full amount will be invoiced. - Unless stated otherwise, all quotations are subject to change. - If allergies and/or dietary requirements are not communicated before the start of the event, there will
