チェックインの時に大湯のところにバスタオル類はあると言う話しでましたが、無かった。サロンで飲み物とおつまみの振る舞いがあると言う事でしたが夕方で何も無い。サービスをホテル側から説明してるのにそれが守られてない。ホテル側でのサービスを愚直に守って100%のサービスです。お客様はそれ以上を求めて来てます。決して安い宿泊代金では無いのにとても残念でした。
