The apartment was roomy but should be cleaner, mold in the shower, gum stuck under night table, stained and chipped doors. Bad ventilation in kitchen - dinning area... windows didn't have screens so opening let in flies…

The place is very comfortable and nice and clean. The location is near everything in Mayagüez and it's a very safe place with gate control and gated parking. On the other side, a few lights didn't work, the bathroom door…
