Location great. Room sizes good for 4 people
No kettle or microwave but we managed ok

Ground floor with terrace and view to afternoon sun, very nice. In the end of the street, quiet and peaceful. In summer there is private grass, now in February we had half a meter snow (not complaining ;-) )
