Some areas could be given some TLC. A number of the towels were badly stained and there was a lot of hair on the ground / rugs etc

There was one large cake of soap. As we were two middle age women, you would like your own soap. No shampoo and conditioner was provided. Apart from that we found the accommodation nice and comfortable.
