Cơ sở vật chất xuống cấp, phòng xấu xí, có mùi hôi. Ngày lễ mà toàn khu rất xấu, không có 1 góc ảnh nào đẹp. Ăn sáng sơ xài rất ít món, cho có hình thức. Nhà hàng trông củ kỷ.
