It is located on a busy road so get used to the traffic noise. It is located quite a long walk from Patong beach 25mins down a long dangerous road with no footpaths. The housekeeping was of excellent standard. Everything…

They tried to ask for a deposit which Didn’t make sense since there was only complementary water in the fridge.
It’s about 25 minutes walk away from the beach.
Not bad get what you pay for.
