Самый главный плюс: первая линия, прямо напротив входа в отель подземный переход под дорогой на пляж.
Микро территория вокруг отеля, по обе стороны от здания 2 бассейна и по-сути начинается забор…

Сразу скажу что очень круто через дорогу от моря , вид из окна на 4 этаже шикарный ! Но , готовьтесь к молитвам мечети под окном , если ваш вид на море .
