JacquelineCan’t beat the location. I advised the rental team that the bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable and that there is a weird odor in the apartment ( maybe the very old rug in the living room) but they didn’t respond.

WestonThe TV was not working, they sent a repair guy that came to check it out, agreed it was broken. Then when I ask for them to send a new TV. They said no.
ToriI would have rated this place five stars but I called 2 days prior to leaving for clean sheets and towels. I received the towels but the guy that delivered the towels said he would be back with sheets. 45 minutes passed…
