호텔이 도쿠시마 시내 전체를 조망할 수 있는 Bizan 산 정상에 위치하여 객실에서 태평양의 일출을 볼 수 있을 정도로
뷰 맛집 호텔로 기억됩니다.
객실 내부는 청결하였으나, 호텔이 지어진지 꽤 오래되어 보였으며,
객실 내에 사우나 시설이 없이 대욕장을 사용하여야 하는 불편이 있었습니다.
