Hsin MeiTW從check in就能感受到服務非常仔細又親切，尤其在吃晚餐時，因為我的家人進食較不方便，我們有自己攜帶食物剪刀，但服務人員仍幫忙請廚房把食物切小塊，連第二天吃晚餐時也主動記得要切小塊。
附近沒有什麼商店，要去其他地方的話，交通也稍微不方便，但飯店有接駁車，叫uber也都10分鐘內會來。
