Construction noise typically occurs from 08:00 to approximately 17:00 –19:00, but may occasionally occur outside these hours depending on contractors' schedules. The property is diligent in communicating with the various contractors in the area to try to minimize disruptions. As a gesture, the current villa price has been reduced due to the construction. If you have concerns about potential noise disturbances, please don't hesitate to contact the property's reservations team with any questions before confirming your booking. However, please note that once your stay has commenced, our cancelation policy will apply. Guests must sign the property T&C at check-in.
