Location.
No coffee. Rooms very dirty, trash over flowing, no coffee. No hot water for tea, poor breakfast. Very loud a/c mirror light not working. Filling spout in bath tub bent. Roasted mirror on closet. Smelly.

It was close to the softball park
Didn’t have pillow cases on the pillows. We had to go and ask for some. Didn’t have towels in the room. Staff was horrible and had the worst attitudes.
