La vicinanza al centro città.
Mancaza di privacy, dalle finestre dirimpetto si veniva visti, anche in bagno.
Il bollitore era in altra stanza non proprio igienizzata...

Colazione in uno spazio un po’ stretto, abbastanza varia la scelta ma nulla di artigianale e locale, comunque discreta la qualità.
