Great location, needs updating/decorating/repairing in a few areas.
Great location, large rooms, plenty of space.
Decor needs updating, bit grubby, bathrooms need a lot of attention, painting, broken showers. Kitchen floor needs scrubbing.

We had a great time meeting up as a group. The house had lots of social space.
Location was excellent. No more than a 5 minute walk to the best of Rye.
A few more provisions in the kitchen like kitchen roll and washing up liquid needed.
Some light bulbs need replacing.

Beautiful house, the perfect location
This is a very special house! Heaps of space, and very well thought out with lots of areas to hangout in and spend time together in. Really nicely decorated, and the location could not be more perfect. Very responsive,…

Disappointing...
Great location and layout
Property is very tired and tatty. Cleaning also of a below adequate standard.
Feels very unloved: stained carpets, tatty furniture and chipped paint. Bathrooms on first floor lack water…
