We had a bad experience with the Belmorris hotel Greentown Ipoh.
We booked a room there as it said it had parking.
It didn't mention coffee in the room so we phoned to ask if they had a kettle and…
JClean and comfortable.
Everything was really good, from the initial greeting at check-in to the efficiency of the check-out.
The staff were always friendly and helpful.
Our only criticism was the bass noise coming from the club next door.…
