1st room toilet didn’t flush- we were moved to another room, we felt it was a room not used much, definitely not as comfortable as the first. No staff present on the 2 days we stayed

Office hours are poor. Reception closes at 4pm with no staff on premises at all.
People arriving after 4pm with out booking were stuck.

Nice location.
The aircon systems need replacing, as the one in my room didn’t work. Staff were never present, besides one doing housekeeping. The crockery in the room was dirty and only one bowl was useable.
