入住時發現枕頭有明顯異味，向服務人員反映後，得到的回覆卻是「那是消毒水的味道」。
我認為這並不是一間三星級飯店應有的處理方式。首先，如果消毒用品使用後會留下讓客人感到不舒服的氣味，飯店本身就應該檢討並改善清潔或消毒方式。其次，當客人已經反映枕頭有異味時，服務人員至少應主動協助更換枕頭或枕套，確認問題是否能夠解決，而不是只以「這就是消毒水的味道」回覆後便…
Yu TingTW飯店提供的停車位太少,也沒有連結配合的合作廠商,房客住宿需自己去尋找停車之處,感覺很不ok~~~~

Please note that the hot spring bath will be closed from 1/7/2025 to 30/9/2025. Hot sping bath will open for Friday and Saturday only. The hot spring bath are closed from Sunday till Thursday. Male hot spring bath will available during Friday 6.00PM till 7.45PM and Saturday 8.15PM till 10.00PM. Female hot spring bath will available during Friday 8.15PM till 10.00PM and Saturday 6.00PM till 7.15PM. If would like to access to hot spring bath, must booked with hotel frontdesk.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
