We didn't think it was secure enough the sliding doors in the bedroom and lounge the screens don't lock plus I think a key is needed for the Entrance door it's not secure I could see where Brake ins have been attempted…

The door lock was complicated, it was tired and the second bedroom had old bed coverings and there was dirt on one of the beds

Poor maintenance- Kitchen tap mixer loose and floping around -Toilight light switch cover missing dangerous -Gate unsecure held with plastic ties - no sound proofing from unit above verry noisy

Great location in a beautiful beach town. The proximity of the surf beach and the lake gives you the best of both worlds. Also an easy and scenic walk to the main shopping area.
