The staff were helpful and understanding
The room was covered in mould, it absolutely stunk of mould. I was told it’s probably because there’s no windows in the basement room but it was because there’s was mould…

Hotel open during renovations so dust everywhere which meant we had to change rooms. The second room was a little less dusty but the curtains were broken, the bathroom was in poor condition... Not recommended!!
