The hotel wasn't even open no proper staff no breakfast facilities ruined our weekend

I did book this hotel but it is not the one I stayed in. Very strange set up by the 'dodgy brothers'! Arrived at BCC and taken to another hotel which was better but had to pay cash only. Take care.
