A lot of cleaning rules for check out. Asking a general clean is a bit of an overkill for rented place. Other rules apply for a house swap.

Comfortable stay with a scenic view of the bay.
We liked the view from upstairs, the comfortable beds, plenty of comfortable sofas and chairs, plenty of plates and glasses. Also having two bathrooms.
A couple of our group thought the indoor stairs were a bit steep.
