Location only
Charging customers a £75 cleaning fee when the place is not cleaned, dirty and in some places filthy. They are just pocketing the £75.00 fee

Door was a struggle to open and was partially seized.
Entrance way carpet is stained and dirty (not a great impression).

It was a nice setup and location was good
Was not cleaned. Eyelashes next to bedside table. Hair stuck on upstairs bedroom wall. Fridge still had food in. Towels still in dryer. Bed slats collapsed each night
