RonIt is a beach property but the beach is not accessible. The swim up bar is nonexistent. The other guests were so loud all night we didn’t sleep. Management told me they were so drunk that they could do nothing. We…

Usual stay during the year end, however this time , extremely crowded and delayed cleaning and offering towels etc , the prices are quite high so they also need to maintain enough staff to get ready.
