Very comfortable. Great location - about a half hour walk into town for coffee and walks ( Banksia Peaks) just adjacent.

Location was nice and quiet. Wood heater with the wood supplied was a nice touch.
Garden overall is scrappy and could do with a make over
Prune shrubs in driveway do they don’t scrape car on way in
