Shown something else and given us some other hotel.We slept in very unhygienic condition.Don’t book this hotel they are the fraud people
Shifted to some other unhygienic property where you find many insects on your bed…

Staff was polite.
Hygiene, food, cleanliness, service was poor. Vegetarian hotel not mentioned.
Also asked for payment, before the free cancellation date and said otherwise the hotel would cancel the reservation.
