Merhaba, balçova termal otelin acil kapsamlı bir tadilat onarım ve yenilemeye ihtiyacı var, düzelene kadar bir daha kalmayız.
Verified travelerOdalar kesinlikle temiz değildi. Banyosu da yatakları da temiz değildi. Bebek olarak çevre, doğanın içinde olması, termal havuzları çok güzel ama odaların temizliğine dikkat edilmeli.
