非常失望😞的一次旅馆住宿经验，房东态度很不好，没有礼貌。不是住宿感觉就是学生宿舍，房间只是隔出来的空间，入住第一个晚上突然没有电联系房东，叫我们去找其他地方住说可以退款给我，请问不是应该解决问题的吗？叫我没有电的情况下怎么收拾东西？一句抱歉也没有，结果我们自己去楼下找保安人员帮忙解决问题，停车位有很多鸟会大便应该告诉租客家结果没有说，早上下楼拿车结果崩溃了联系房东信息不看电话…

环境卫生，地点不会偏远，湖景优美。房间没有异味。8个人住有足够的床。厕所干净，有提供洗漱用品。
如果有提供毛巾会更好，电视节目不多。
