Wonderful! On the water- great ocean breezes all the time.
Amazing location....right on the ocean. Nice quiet neighborhood- not near the bars and nightclubs.
On the second floor- have to climb som stairs....but not bad. Parking can be a challenge too. Have to watch and wait…
