BALAY KUMBAL will be undergoing property improvements and expansion from July 13, 2026 to approximately February 2027, including the addition of new rooms and facility upgrades. Construction work will take place daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and guests may experience noise and activity during these hours. All common areas will remain open, including our popular viewing deck with 200° panoramic views of the San Juan coastline, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunrise and sunset.
