Perfect short break we had an issue with a leak in the sink during our stay but communication was quickly followed up.
The location was perfect for what we needed. Everything was extremely welcoming and comfortable making our stay just what we needed.

The apartment was a 5 minute walk from Bala Lake and the railway was 10 minutes away
Tap water was dangerously scalding hot with no sign in view
Freezer was unusable until I personally defrosted it.
