Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that there is a Visa/Mastercard -1.50% Amex/diners- 3.00% and Union pay -2.50%. If you want to change the card you used when booking, please do so within 7 days prior to arrival by contacting the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation (Please note this does not apply to the advance purchase rate). A different card cannot be used upon check-in. You must show a valid credit card upon check-in. This credit card must be the same card used for payment and must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Matching photo ID is also required. Please note that if making payment by debit card or EFTPOS an Studio/One bedroom $300 and Two bedroom $500. pre-authorization will be charged upon check-in to cover any incidental charges. Please note the release of the pre-authorization may take between 5-7 working days to appear back in your account after checkout.
