Alles in de buurt en prima verblijf.
Centrale ligging. Binnen loopafstand met centrum.
Erg drukke weg met trams die bochten door piepen. Het is even wennen.
Mag wel een keer wat onderhoud hebben. Douchekop even provisorisch gemaakt.
