Amazing location in a medieval religious village with spectacular views of lake varese and the city, however the room had very little natural light( no windows, just the doorway,) and smelt dank and unventilated.

The hotel is located entirely well outside Verona and hard to reach without a car. There is nothing up there in the winter: no groceries, no restaurants open on the evening we stayed, no coffee shops, etc.
