ご飯が美味しかった
ご飯担当の方がいい人だった
漫画コーナーや卓球台があったり、宿泊者たちを飽きさせないような工夫がされていた
建物が古い造りだったので過ごしてて飽きなかった
部屋の清掃が行き届いていない感じがした
特にビニール袋に包まれたコップがすごく汚かった
1つは茶色の汚れがしっかりついており、もう1つは袋を開けた瞬間にビールの臭いがして、ちゃんと洗っていないのが明白で残念だった

外国の方があまり日本語が上手ではなく、何を言ってるのか分からないときがあった
川越Japanお料理は、美味しかったです。
料理担当の主任さんかな？女性の方。とても楽しく、お客様皆に気くばりが凄かった。
帰宅すると疲れがどっと出るでしょうね。
お料理も美味しくいただきました。
夜中、部屋を出て温泉に行く時に、受付の人に場所を聞こうと声掛けした時、受付に居た男の人が椅子に寝そべった形でスマホを見てて、「は～」って嫌そうな返事でビックリした。今まで色んなホテルや温泉に行っているが、最低の方でした。

・温泉の種類が多くて何回も楽しめた
・食事のお世話をして頂いたスタッフの方がとても親切だった
・館内にお土産やさんや漫画、卓球、マッサージなど部屋以外でも楽しめる場所が多かった
・本館と東館があって説明して頂いたけど温泉に行く時や食事に行く時に階段、エレベーターを使いながら向かうので覚えるのが大変だった
丈夫Japanゆったりテーマパーク
ユキちゃん始めスタッフの対応がマニュアル的でなく、自然体で良かった。
朝ぶろが限定されてしまい残念。
